About this program

Experience Maine from an entirely new perspective with our Stand-Up Paddleboard (SUP) Yoga classes and guided adventures. Combining the peaceful movement of yoga with the beauty of Maine’s waterways, these classes are designed for all experience levels — whether you are stepping onto a paddleboard for the first time or looking for a unique way to deepen your practice. Each SUP Yoga experience offers something different depending on the location, tides, weather conditions, and class style. Some sessions focus on gentle yoga and relaxation in calm harbors, while others may include guided paddles, nature exploration, balance work, mindfulness, and sunset or sunrise experiences. Classes and adventures are offered throughout the season at select Midcoast Maine locations including Pemaquid Harbor, Hidden Valley Nature Center, and other beautiful outdoor settings. Pricing, schedules, and availability may vary depending on the location and type of experience. Our goal is simple — to help you connect with nature, movement, and yourself in a fun, supportive, and unforgettable environment. No prior yoga or paddleboarding experience is necessary for most classes unless otherwise noted. Equipment requirements, rental information, meeting details, and weather updates will be provided for each individual session. Come float, breathe, laugh, and explore Maine in a whole new way.
